We supported Lucidus’
work in assisting in the risk management process on a major government change programme,
by auditing and assisting their quantitative risk analysis and modelling, and also
by adding extra analysis to show conclusively the impact of specific risks that
had been identified.
The risk analysis provided senior management with clear information on the risk
to the programme that enabled them to manage expectations of ministers and plan
contingencies accordingly to protect value.
